Apps for Teachers

I love apps that make my life easier.  Recently I found a few apps that make using my laptop with PPT presentations even easier.  I used to stand at my projector cart to scroll though my presentations.  I finally gave in and bought a remote that would synch with my macbook so I could stand up front and talk to my kids while showing them my presentation slides.  Well, good thing I didn't open that box.  No need for a $20 remote.  I have my iPhone and I now have an app that syncs with my macbook.  I tested it out at Back to School night and it worked perfectly.
Here are a few images of my PPT slides.

The app is called My Point Power Point Remote and it is FREE

There are a few others.  It is Free if you only have 15 slides or less.  For the extended version it is $9.99

This last App I haven't used, but I have seen my colleague use it. Rowmote is .99 and the Pro version is $4.99
