Fun and Crafty Activities for a Festive Literacy Week

It's that time of year when every school is celebrating literacy week, well almost every school.  Our school is actually having it next week.  Which is why I am a little late in posting this.   I'm not here to debate the issue of Dr. Seuss books with you. 

I am here to offer a free resource that can be used with Dr. Seuss books or other rhyming books.

You can grab a copy of my Thing 1 template by clicking on it to download.  The band is just red construction paper and then I used 8 or 9 strips to make the top piece.
